Warranty Claims Process

Within 7 days of a defect arising, your Lumio product can be returned to the point of sale for a refund, or you should notify us of the issue and begin a claims process (including for any in-home warranty repairs) by contacting us at:
In-Home Warranty Service (Ceiling Fans)
Selected Lumio Professional ceiling fans include in-home warranty support.
If your ceiling fan is eligible and requires service during the in-home warranty period, you can lodge a service request through our approved warranty partner.
Lodge an In-home Warranty Request:
In-home service only applies to eligible Lumio Professional ceiling fan products.
All other Lumio products are covered by the standard return-to-base warranty and should be returned to the place of purchase.
